Spray application key points


Surface Treatment
 
The concrete surface is free of floating dust, loose materials, oil stains, and other contaminants.
The concrete substrate must have a moisture content of 8% or less and be smooth and even.
Use a special epoxy mortar to seal pores, pits, and other defects.
The steel surface is sandblasted to Sa2.0 grade or higher.
 
 
Sealing Primer
 
Apply one or two coats of sealing primer by roller before spraying polyurea.
Spray application after the primer has cured.
 
Polyurea Spraying
 
Professional spray applicators and dedicated polyurea spraying equipment.
One-time film formation to achieve the required thickness.
Multiple spray applications, with intervals not exceeding 4 hours.
After more than 4 hours, the overlapping areas can be sprayed after wiping with an interface agent.
 
Precautions
 
Construction personnel must wear protective masks and protective clothing.
Persons with a history of allergies should stay away from the construction site.
Do not add any additives to the polyurea coating.
Prevent moisture from entering the polyurea coating.
